Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern registration for and participation in internship programmes offered by Evolution, including:

• Digital Marketing with AI Remote Internship
• Design with AI Internship
• Any other internship, training, mentorship or cohort-based programme offered under the Evolution name

In these Terms, “Evolution”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Evolution. “Participant”, “you” and “your” refer to the person registering for or participating in a programme.

By submitting a registration form, making the required payment, accepting a confirmed place, joining an official programme platform or participating in a session, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

If the participant is under 18 years of age, their parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on their behalf.

1. About the Programmes

Evolution’s internship programmes are structured remote learning experiences designed to help participants develop practical skills through:

• Live learning sessions
• Mentor guidance and feedback
• Individual assignments
• Team-based workplace simulations
• Portfolio-focused projects
• Final presentations, case studies or project defences

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant programme page, each internship normally runs for six weeks and includes 12 compulsory live sessions. Additional bonus, support or guest sessions may also be offered.

Sessions are delivered online in English through platforms that may include Zoom, Google Classroom, WhatsApp and Google Drive.

Exact dates, timings, modules, mentors, activities and deadlines will be communicated through the relevant programme page and official cohort channels.

2. Educational and Simulation-Based Nature

Evolution’s internship programmes are educational and training-based experiences. Participation does not create an employer–employee, agency, partnership, contractor or paid internship relationship between Evolution and any participant.

Projects described as “client-style”, “agency-style”, “workplace”, “industry” or “real-world” projects may involve fictional, simulated, practice-based or educational brands and clients.

Participants must not assume that they are working for a real client unless Evolution confirms this in writing.

Participation does not guarantee:

• Employment or paid work
• Freelance opportunities
• Job placement
• Client access
• Admission to another programme
• A particular income or career outcome
• Publication or commercial use of participant work
• Specific advertising, marketing, design or business results

The programme provides a structured learning experience, mentor support, practical activities, workplace simulations and an opportunity to develop portfolio evidence.

3. Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated on a programme page:

• Applicants should be at least 14 years old.
• Beginners may apply, and previous professional experience is not required.
• Participants must be able to understand and communicate in English.
• Participants must have sufficient time to attend sessions and complete assigned work.
• Participants must have access to the technology required for their chosen programme.

Applicants under 18 must register with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Evolution may request confirmation of this consent at any stage.

Evolution may decline or cancel a registration where an applicant:

• Provides false, incomplete or misleading information
• Does not meet the programme requirements
• Does not complete the registration or payment process
• Previously committed serious misconduct in an Evolution programme
• Cannot reasonably participate in the required programme activities

4. Registration and Seat Confirmation

Submitting a registration form does not automatically confirm a place.

A seat is confirmed only after:

1. The registration information has been reviewed;
2. The required payment has been received and verified; and
3. Evolution has issued confirmation through an official email or WhatsApp message.

Participants must provide accurate contact, age, education and payment information. Evolution is not responsible for missed communications or registration delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Seats are limited and may be allocated on a first-confirmed basis. Evolution may close registration early if all available seats have been filled.

5. Payment

The applicable payment and any available registration offer will be displayed on the relevant programme page or registration form.

A registration is only secured when the required payment has been received, verified and formally confirmed by Evolution.

Participants must use only the payment details communicated through an official Evolution channel. Evolution will not be responsible for payments made to an unauthorised person, account or third party.

Participants are responsible for any personal costs associated with online participation, including:

• Internet and mobile-data costs
• Laptop, computer or device costs
• Electricity and backup arrangements
• Optional premium software or AI-tool subscriptions
• Other personal technology requirements

Unless Evolution expressly states otherwise, participants will not be required to purchase premium software to attend the core learning sessions.

6. Refunds, Withdrawals and Transfers

Because each confirmed registration reserves a seat, onboarding resources and potential team placement, payments are generally non-refundable and non-transferable once the seat has been confirmed.

A refund will not normally be provided where a participant:

• Changes their mind
• Withdraws before or during the programme
• Does not attend sessions
• Is unable to continue because of personal, academic, work or travel commitments
• Experiences personal internet, electricity, device or software problems
• Fails to complete assignments or certification requirements
• Is removed from the programme for misconduct
• Provides incorrect registration or payment information

A participant may request a transfer to a future cohort before the first compulsory session. Approval is subject to seat availability, operational feasibility and written confirmation from Evolution. Submitting a transfer request does not guarantee approval.

If Evolution cancels an entire programme and does not provide a reasonable replacement cohort, rescheduled programme or suitable alternative, affected participants will be offered a transfer, programme credit or refund.

Nothing in this section limits any right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

7. Attendance and Participation

Participants are expected to:

• Attend compulsory live sessions on time
• Participate actively and professionally
• Complete essential individual and team assignments
• Meet communicated deadlines
• Maintain evidence of their individual contribution
• Participate in the final presentation, defence or approved alternative
• Follow reasonable instructions communicated by mentors and programme management

For the Digital Marketing with AI Remote Internship, the standard minimum attendance requirement is eight of the 12 compulsory sessions.

Design with AI Internship participants must meet the attendance and completion requirements communicated during onboarding, together with the required team work, individual contribution, portfolio evidence, professional participation and final presentation or approved alternative.

Attendance alone does not guarantee an Internship Completion Certificate.

8. Certification

Evolution may issue different certificates according to the participant’s verified level of participation and completion.

Participation Certificate

A Participation Certificate may be issued to a registered participant who has genuinely participated in the programme but has not met every requirement for full completion.

Internship Completion Certificate

An Internship Completion Certificate may be issued only when the participant has satisfactorily met the applicable requirements, which may include:

• Minimum attendance
• Completion of essential assignments
• Meaningful team participation
• Documented individual contribution
• Required portfolio or case-study evidence
• Professional conduct
• Final presentation, project defence or approved alternative

Evolution may withhold, delay, correct or withdraw a certificate where:

• Participation or contribution cannot be verified
• Required information is incomplete
• Work has been plagiarised or falsely represented
• Attendance records have been falsified
• AI-generated work has been misrepresented
• The participant has not met the programme requirements
• The participant has committed serious misconduct

Certificates represent participation in an Evolution learning programme. They are not academic degrees, government licences, professional accreditations or guarantees of employment.

9. Missed Sessions and Learning Resources

Participants are responsible for attending sessions according to the announced schedule.

Evolution is not required to repeat a live session for an individual participant.

Where a recording, summary, presentation or support resource is made available, it is provided as a learning aid. Accessing a recording or resource may not replace compulsory attendance or active participation.

Evolution does not guarantee that every session will be recorded. Recordings may be unavailable because of technical problems, privacy considerations or the nature of the activity.

Programme recordings and resources must not be copied, shared, sold, reposted or distributed outside the authorised cohort without written permission.

10. Technology Requirements

Participants must have regular access to:

• A reliable internet connection
• A working email address and WhatsApp number
• Zoom and Google Classroom
• A suitable laptop or desktop computer
• Any free or standard software identified during onboarding

Phone- or tablet-only participation is not sufficient for the Design with AI Internship and may also be insufficient for practical work in other programmes.

Coding and web development are not included in the Design with AI Internship unless specifically stated otherwise.

Participants are responsible for testing their devices, software, microphone, accounts and internet connection.

Personal technology problems do not automatically qualify a participant for a refund, deadline extension, repeated session or certificate.

Evolution is not responsible for outages, restrictions, account suspensions or policy changes affecting third-party services such as Zoom, WhatsApp, Google Classroom, Google Drive, Canva, Figma, Meta, Google or AI platforms.

11. Team-Based Work

Participants may be assigned to teams, departments, roles or workplace simulations. Roles and responsibilities may rotate during the programme.

Evolution does not guarantee a participant’s preferred:

• Team
• Role
• Mentor
• Project
• Brand or simulation
• Team member
• Presentation responsibility

Participants must communicate respectfully, complete assigned responsibilities, document their contribution and raise serious team concerns through the official programme process.

Team work does not give one participant ownership of another participant’s contribution.

Where a participant fails to contribute, Evolution may reassign responsibilities, change team membership or assess that participant separately.

12. Client-Style Simulations

Unless explicitly confirmed otherwise, brands, clients, campaigns and workplace challenges used in the programme are simulations.

Participants must not:

• Contact a simulated brand or client while claiming to represent Evolution
• Present themselves publicly as an Evolution employee or authorised representative
• Publish a campaign, advertisement or client communication without approval
• Spend advertising money or launch a live campaign without written authorisation
• Use real client credentials, private files or confidential information without permission
• Claim fictional or simulated results as real commercial results
• Make unsupported promises on behalf of a brand, client, team or Evolution

Advertising campaigns developed during the programme will generally remain unpublished unless Evolution provides specific written instructions.

Approved content may be published on fictional, educational or demonstration pages created for the programme.

13. Professional Conduct

Evolution is committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive and productive learning environment.

Participants must not engage in:

• Harassment, bullying, discrimination or intimidation
• Abusive, threatening, sexually inappropriate or hateful communication
• Deliberate disruption of sessions or team activities
• Plagiarism, cheating or false claims of authorship
• Impersonation or submission of work completed by another person
• Unauthorised recording or sharing of private conversations
• Sharing meeting links, classroom access or programme materials with outsiders
• Misuse of another participant’s personal information
• Unauthorised promotion, spam, recruitment or selling within programme groups
• Misuse of programme, client or platform credentials
• Conduct that creates a safety, privacy, legal or reputational risk

Depending on the seriousness of the situation, Evolution may:

• Issue a warning
• Restrict access to a group, session or platform
• Change a participant’s team or responsibilities
• Remove the participant from an activity
• Withhold certification
• Remove the participant from the programme

Serious misconduct may result in immediate removal without a refund.

14. Academic Integrity and Use of AI

Participants may use AI tools where permitted as part of the programme. AI must support learning and must not replace the participant’s judgment, responsibility or genuine contribution.

Participants must:

• Follow the AI-use instructions provided for each task
• Check AI-generated information for accuracy
• Edit and improve generated content before submission
• Disclose meaningful AI assistance when requested
• Respect copyright, privacy and confidentiality
• Avoid uploading sensitive, private or restricted information to AI tools
• Avoid presenting entirely AI-generated work as independently created work
• Avoid fabricating research, evidence, campaign results or performance data

Participants must not use AI to invent:

• Interviews
• Survey responses
• Quotations
• Research participants
• User-testing findings
• Client feedback
• Audience insights
• Campaign results
• Sources or references

Research presented as genuine must be based on genuine responses or verifiable sources. Participants must protect respondent privacy, document limitations and obtain any required approvals.

Evolution may ask a participant to explain or demonstrate how submitted work was created. Work may be rejected if the participant cannot demonstrate genuine involvement or if AI use breaches the assignment instructions.

15. Intellectual Property

All programme materials created or provided by Evolution—including session content, presentations, templates, briefs, exercises, recordings, frameworks, brand assets and instructional resources—remain the property of Evolution or their respective rights holders.

Participants receive a limited, personal and non-transferable right to use these materials for their own learning during the programme.

Programme materials may not be:

• Sold or commercially distributed
• Republished as another course or training programme
• Uploaded to public platforms without permission
• Shared with people outside the authorised cohort
• Presented as the participant’s own instructional material

Participants retain ownership of their original individual contributions, subject to:

• Evolution’s ownership of programme materials
• The rights of team members in their respective contributions
• Third-party assets, software licences and brand materials
• Any specific rules attached to a project or simulation

Participants may include approved work in a personal portfolio when they:

• Accurately identify their individual contribution
• Credit team members where appropriate
• State clearly when a project was fictional or simulated
• Do not present a simulated brand as a real client
• Do not disclose confidential information
• Respect third-party licences and intellectual-property rights
• Obtain any required approval before publishing restricted work

Evolution may store, review and share submitted work internally with mentors, programme staff and relevant team members for teaching, feedback, assessment and programme administration.

Evolution will obtain separate permission before using a participant’s name, image, testimonial or identifiable work in public promotional content, unless the participant or guardian has already provided clear consent through a separate form or release.

16. Session Recordings and Media Consent

Evolution may record selected online sessions for learning, quality review, cohort support or internal documentation.

Participants will be informed when a session is being recorded.

A participant’s display name, voice, camera feed, chat message or presentation may appear in a cohort recording. Such recordings are intended for authorised learning or administrative use.

Evolution will not use an identifiable participant’s image, voice, testimonial or personal story in public advertising without separate consent.

Participants may not independently record, screenshot, livestream or redistribute a session, private chat or participant presentation without permission.

Participants who have a reasonable privacy concern should contact the programme team before the relevant session.

17. Privacy and Participant Information

Evolution may collect and use information reasonably required to:

• Review registrations
• Confirm payments and seats
• Communicate programme information
• Organise teams and sessions
• Track attendance and submissions
• Provide mentor feedback
• Assess certification eligibility
• Maintain programme and administrative records
• Respond to support, safeguarding or conduct concerns

Official programme communication may take place through email, telephone, WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Classroom and Google Drive.

Participant information may be shared with authorised mentors, programme administrators and relevant service providers only where reasonably necessary to operate the programme.

Evolution does not sell participant personal information.

Third-party platforms operate under their own privacy policies and terms. Participants and guardians should review those policies before creating or using an account.

Participants must not collect, copy, publish or misuse another participant’s personal information.

18. Official Communications

Participants must regularly check:

• The email address used during registration
• The WhatsApp number used during registration
• The official WhatsApp group
• Google Classroom announcements
• Any other official platform identified during onboarding

Participants are responsible for keeping their contact information updated and for reading communicated schedules, deadlines and programme instructions.

Evolution is not responsible where a participant misses information because they:

• Did not check an official channel
• Left an official group
• Blocked messages
• Provided incorrect contact details
• Failed to review programme announcements

Participants must keep important approvals, instructions and decisions documented through the appropriate official channel.

19. Programme Changes

Evolution may make reasonable changes to:

• Session dates or timings
• Mentors, speakers or facilitators
• Module sequence
• Activities, assignments or simulations
• Team structures
• Software or platforms
• Bonus sessions
• Deadlines
• Delivery methods

Changes may be required because of mentor availability, platform restrictions, technical problems, public emergencies, safety considerations or other operational circumstances.

Evolution will communicate material changes through an official channel and will take reasonable steps to provide a replacement session, revised schedule or suitable alternative where necessary.

20. Suspension or Removal

Evolution may suspend or remove a participant who:

• Seriously or repeatedly breaches these Terms
• Creates a safety or safeguarding concern
• Harasses participants, mentors or staff
• Misuses programme materials or personal information
• Falsifies attendance, submissions or identity
• Falsifies research, feedback or performance results
• Damages the programme environment
• Attempts to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems
• Engages in illegal or unethical conduct connected with the programme

Removal may result in loss of programme access and certification. Payments will not normally be refunded where removal results from the participant’s conduct.

Where appropriate, Evolution may first communicate the concern and provide an opportunity for the participant or guardian to respond.

21. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Evolution will use reasonable care in organising and delivering its programmes. However, learning outcomes depend significantly on attendance, effort, participation, teamwork and completion of assigned work.

Evolution does not guarantee any specific professional, financial, academic, employment or business outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evolution will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from:

• Personal technology failure
• Internet or electricity disruption
• Third-party platform outages
• Loss of participant files
• Missed communications
• Unauthorised sharing by another participant
• Decisions made using unverified educational or AI-generated information

Participants are responsible for maintaining backups of their work and verifying information before acting on it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.

22. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.

If a concern or dispute arises, the participant should first contact Evolution and provide a clear description of the issue. Both parties should attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.

If the matter cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to a court or authority having lawful jurisdiction in Pakistan.

23. Changes to These Terms

Evolution may update these Terms to reflect programme, operational or legal changes.

The latest version will be published with an updated effective date. Material changes affecting an already confirmed cohort will be communicated through an official channel.

Any updated terms will not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Acceptance

By submitting a registration form, making the required payment, accepting a confirmed place or participating in an Evolution programme, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

If the participant is under 18, their parent or legal guardian confirms that they consent to the participant’s registration and participation and accept these Terms on the participant’s behalf.
